3. Yogurt And Honey Protein Mask
1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey*, 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar*
Yogurt is jam packed with antioxidants and protein. Yogurt like avocado moisturizes and strengthens because of the protein content.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients by hand until smooth, apply to your hair like you would a relaxer from root to tip. You can even apply this mask to your scalp for scalp health. Leave the mask on for at least 20 minutes.
To get rid of the smell of the yogurt, use a mild shampoo one that preferable smells like fruit!
