4. Nutrient Rich Egg Hair Mask
1 egg, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil*
What’s a mask without a little egg? The eggs strengthen your hair, the milk moisturizes, adds calcium and the lemon and honey* balance your the pH of your hair and add vitamins*. As a matter of fact, let me give you a little detail to work with:
Protein – Nourishes the hair roots, and adds ton of strength
Fatty Acids – Adds shine and gloss
Potassium* – Heals dry, damaged hair
Vitamin A* – Prevents hair breakage.
Vitamin D* – Prevents hair loss
Vitamin B12 – Promotes hair growth.
Calcium – Promotes hair growth and vitamin D* absorption
Directions
Whisk all the ingredients together, this one might be a bit runny so wear a towel. As usual leave it on for at least 20 minutes, steam your hair without a plastic cap or add a cap for more penetration.
For any of these masks if you need to add more of one ingredient go ahead and do just that, the point is you want to adjust measurements depending on what your hair needs, it’s length and thickness.
Yes ma’am! I’m lazy so not consistently lol but they really are great
Niiice how often do you or should you do this?
