coconut-oilCoconut Oil

Coconut oil is something all ladies love to use, but not every one knows its great for an itchy scalp!! Coconut oil is a natural anti fungal and anti bacterial product, and those two things are sometimes the cause of an itchy scalp.

Although coconut oil doesn’t have all the specific properties as the other home remedies do, our hair yearns for the type of moisture coconut oil gives, and that might be the problem with your itchy scalp. Coconut oil is very versatile in the ways that you can use it:

Implement into your daily regimen, whether that is daily oil, weekly co washes, etc.
Use a scalp applicator to apply onto scalp and then massage it in the scalp every other day
Add 2 tbsp of water, olive, and conditioner to coat onto hair every other day
Mix in with conditioner on wash day and apply onto ends and scalp

Essential Oils

Essential oils have recently become a natural hair trend and for a good reason. they all carry a long list of great properties for hair health, and they smell great when added to the right mixtures.

There are plenty of essential oils for you to try: Peppermint, Lavender, Lemon, Almond, Agar, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Hickory, and the list goes on for what seems like forever.

A few are used for hair growth, some used for sealing ends, but some you can use for an itchy scalp effectively including Peppermint or Eucalyptus Oil. these are great because they include pH balances as well as properties to get the blood vessels circulating again, which can help an itchy scalp immensely. The best way to use essential oils:

Use the scalp applicator that the bottles come with and drop a few drops onto the affected areas
Using one of these remedies should surely help all scalp problems fade away. Did we leave any out? Comment below and tell us what you think!
