Some people today believe that the earth is flat. No really, I’m not kidding, the flat earth society is a real thing with members worldwide who believe that earth is actually flat and that NASA and their shills have brainwashed the rest of the planet into believing that the world is a spherical body like most other objects in space. Despite all evidence to the contrary, including images from space or the presence of gravity, flat earthers will not be swayed. They believe what they believe.
Long ago before the internet we heard second or third hand accounts from people who had met or seen women with long natural hair of their own. It was easy to dimiss those accounts as fanciful exaggerations or to explain the existence of these few black women with long hair as the lucky few with the “right genes”. But these days when it’s thrown in our faces so often we have to accept that either these “right genes” have either increased exponentially in the last few years or maybe genes have nothing to do with it. If you are like one of the flat earther’s then nothing in this post will dissuade you from your beliefs that your hair cannot grow so I won’t even try, just keep it moving, no hard feelings.
But if you truly believe that your 4c natural hair can grow long and you just haven’t found the right regimen yet then prepare to be inspired! But don’t get it twisted, this post is for inspiration purposes only. If you look at the individual regimens of these women in the following pages you will see that they are wildly different, sometimes contradictory in their practices. Some use all natural products while some use products you may consider terrible for hair, some use hair vitamins* and others don’t… yet all their hair has grown long.
What I’m trying to say is that you shouldn’t get fixated nor try to copy any single individual’s hair regimen, after all what worked for their hair will not necessarily work for yours. What’s more important is arming yourself with the right knowledge first and foremost then applying that knowledge into learning your own hair and understanding what it needs for growth.

Hair envy multiplied by hair crushing = confused
A lot of them won’t clip their ends for the sake of having long hair.
MyTeria Guy I want this
I enjoy your great information about caring for black hair. My hair is very white not grey but shinny white and short, thin. I use coconut oil and Mayonnaise regular, it is growing. Is it possible to see something for senior hair? Thanks Sjean
