Is it supposed to make it grow?
why would u exfoliate your hair
Exfoliate your scalp.
Probably to open up the pores in your scalp and have the oil penetrate it.
Sugar on my scalp? HELL NO!
Ok, now this is just too much
Stop the madness! It either grows, or it doesn’t lol
I use edible coconut oil in my hair. Some ppls hair doesn’t grow because they grease the scalp and clog up the pores. I exfoliate with a vinegar rinse. It opens the pores right on up so your.follicles can push on out
Oh this is interesting. I’ll look it up but my hubby will give me the stank eye if I use brown sugar in my hair…that’s for his sweet potatoes lol (I already use the eggs for protein treatment :P)
Sugar does exfoliate the skin. I wash my face with goat milk soap then use regular granulated sugar to exfoliate my skin without using harsh scrubs.. I don’t know about brown sugar.. my guess is because it’s softer and dissolves easier it won’t leave sugar in the hair as regular sugar may.
Yes, I’ve used brown sugar on my scalp and I’ve had no problems. Great exfoliate! Will definitely try using the oil first.
Brown sugar acts as a exfoliation to the scalp which is helpful if done gently to not scratch the scalp
