I Am Having A Love Affair With Vitamin E Oil And I Do Not Care What My Other Oils Think About It

benefits-of-vitamin-e-for-skin-care

I have a confession, I have been walking right by the coconut oil in the grocery store knowing full well I have no more in my cabinet at home…I have been cooking with my olive oil and not stealing any of it for my hair…I have even had the nerve to turn my nose up at the grapeseed oil they have on sale every other week even though I loved it the two times in my life that I tried it.

These days I have a new oil I have been playing with, our relationship happened by accident just like anything long lasting and worth blogging about.

I was looking for something to add to my son’s skin regimen to help him with his eczema. I use natural oils on his skin and I try to keep his skin as moisturized as I can.

While looking at some of the products they have on the market, a bottle of vitamin E oil caught my eye. For your skin, this oil is as good as it gets and it was on sale so I grabbed two bottles.

His skin loves it, the brand I chose isn’t pure oil, while it had no harsh additives it did have a slight scent and made my son comfortable at night.

I already knew the other bottle was for me, after all the oil has some serious benefits for my own skin even though I do not suffer with any major ailments.

It is anti aging and we all know how great that is. It is also a great bath oil and the list goes on and on, but I know you are all here for the hair.

I added the oil to my hair for giggles I did it as an oil rinse one night and I added it to my hair as part of my night time routine on most nights the last few months and I have to say I LOVE it.

Before I spout off a bunch of stuff that sounds like endless rambling let me give you the low down under some headings so this post can look somewhat professional.

My hair is so soft

The quality of my hair strand has improved since using the oil. This means my hair is naturally shiny, feels smooth and soft and most of all not greasy.

You can tell when your hair strand is different, it looks different, it is stronger, it doesn’t snap easily and even your frizz looks amazing!

Vitamin E when added to your oil mix or when used alone can improve the quality of your hair strand making your hair look and feel on point.

What is going on with the ads on this blog? The pop ups are out of control, distractive, and very unprofessional. If you want readers to enjoy your post then you need to go on an ad diet. I have noticed that many people are not making comments after reading various article in your blog, wonder why…..
