Great oil for scalp massages
I have pretty fine hair so light oils are really awesome for me when I want to use one on an everyday basis. The oil goes on light but is known for increasing circulation of blood to the scalp.
This means that for increased hair growth, using this awesome oil for massaging your scalp is ideal. For all of you women doing the inversion method to speed up growth it is time to sit right side up and just rub your scalp as normal. Or if you want to continue ‘inverting’ then try Vitamin E oil on for size to see the magic happen.
Great for scalp disorders
I do not have a scalp disorder so this is just an added benefit for me. If you are suffering from any sort of scalp ailment or even hair loss this oil can help you to add moisture and heal the scalp.
The scalp is an extension of the skin, and because vitamin E helps with sunburns, cuts, psoriasis, eczema it can also help with any sort of scalp irritation including dry scalp.
Prevents premature greying
Remember when I mentioned ant-aging earlier, well that fact also extends to your hair. Vitamin E* oil is known to prevent premature greying of the hair which might happen when you have oxidation of your tissues.
The antioxidants present in the oil prevents the corrosion of tissues and by extension reduces the chances of premature greying.
Repairs split ends
You did not hear this from me but it repairs split and damaged ends that might happen when your hair is constantly manipulated by heat, color, and curling.
Here is the thing, I do believe that as a preventative measure vitamin E oil can be great for fortifying the hair which will help it to withstand damage.
However if you already have split ends, the only cure is snip snip; removal and then treating your hair with care preventing damage.
Overall the oil can lead to dramatic improvements to the quality of your hair and when used alone or in conjunction with other oils, it can be pretty darn awesome. You did not think I would end this post without a recipe did you? Of course not!
An awesome vitamin E* Hot Oil treatment
If you want to include vitamin E into your wash day, try a hot oil treatment with equal parts of vitamin E oil, olive oil*, coconut oil*, jojoba oil* and hemp oil*.
Make your oil mix and use an applicator bottle* to apply all over your hair. Don a plastic cap and use a over head dryer for about 20-30 minutes before you shampoo your hair.
This will be one of the most fabulous and simple hot oil treatments you can try on your hair, and while you are at it, add a little to your skin as well.
Have you tried pure vitamin E lately?

What is going on with the ads on this blog? The pop ups are out of control, distractive, and very unprofessional. If you want readers to enjoy your post then you need to go on an ad diet. I have noticed that many people are not making comments after reading various article in your blog, wonder why…..
