Thats why she has no edges now .I swear that weave is a addiction and mental illness how are you going to keep getting that mess in your hair knowing its the reason you have no hair in the beginning. I dont understand
The hair damage is going to be greater, she has really nothing to hold on to around her edges. This should be a HAIR CARE, issue. Put on a wig, and treat the natural hair.
Has it occurred to these people that this scalp is seriously damaged. This makes no sense. If you were to get a cut on your face you surely wouldn’t put make up on it to look pretty of course not. You would work on getting it healthy. You don’t take more weave and put on a already damaged scalp. That’s what no doubt got her into this problem in the first place. Is this what it has come to for black women. Stupid
She thinks her hair is thin now, just wait till she takes out that weave! The hairdresser needs her license revoke, the braiding is super tight and putting stress on her scalp, and adding a weave on top of this is baldness ready to happen
Why would any hairstylist put braids that tight to her edges?! She’s already bald. Not cool! She needs to wear a wig for awhile and take care of her natural hair and grow it out! Smh
If you have hair loss don’t do braids or weave. Get yourself a wig and let your hair breathe and it will grow back I know from experience because that’s what I did.
Give a client options would have been better instead of just getting money from her. The braids are to tight.+thread=BREAKAGE. Her edges are not strong enough to handle tension. Recommending her a Lacefront sew in without glue or make a wig for her would have been good options for her. Then recommend her to do a follow up to help her edges to grow back. I recommend Sulfur 8, Glover Mane and Castor Oil for hair loss and breakage. They may cost you but it works wonders. Have a Blessed Saturday everyone.
It the pic you can clearly see her hair is braided too tight!! I don’t see how braiding the hair of someone with thinning hair already is going to help. There have to be a way that you can wear weaves that are sewed in without someone braiding your hair so tight that it pulls out from the root.
Those edges are snatched, literally lol… On a serious note, this is really sad though. I wish she took more pride in her natural hair, then it wouldn’t have gotten to this point.
