It’s no surprise that you are more likely to follow through and achieve a goal if you write it down. Writing does something pretty special in your brain, it moves you from the inactive phase from THINKING of doing something into the active phase of DOING something.
It’s no coincidence that many hair bloggers have long hair. By making the declaration of their intentions in writing and following good regimens, they have achieved their goals.
Most of them don’t start out with long hair (some do), when I first started blogging back in 2008 I was in the process of transitioning from very damaged relaxed hair so a lot of what I was writing about were methods and techniques that I was using to take care of my own hair, nothing earth shattering.
Somehow in that time, all my hair goals have come to fruition and I can honestly say that it would never have happened without BHI and my own personal blog keeping me accountable for anything I did (or didn’t do) with my hair.
When looking for a blog, like everyone else I started off with a site using the popular blogging service Blogger. It was free and easy to use.
Unlike Blogger however, WordPress blogs are well known for their flexibility and better customization options. Unfortunately WordPress.com does not allow any advertising to be placed on their free blogs so many have felt that Blogger was the only option for free websites.
CurlyBlogs.com is a new blogging service that gives you the flexibility of a wordpress blog while allowing you to monetize your content with advertising to make a bit of extra money. There are lots of beautiful themes and I hear that the owner is really nice too (me! 😀 ).
It’s only fair that you benefit from your own writing. and who knows, if you become really popular, you could make a career of it! Get your free blog at CurlyBlogs today.
