I wore my hair in two braids during BT…. A bun will not do they may try and make you cut your hair. I pinned my braids under and they didn’t know how long my hair was until one day I took my hair down and was called down stairs by my drill Sgt. First thing he said when he saw me we’re scheduling you to get a hair cut….. I said no Sgt….. You didn’t even know how long my hair was until NOW…. It was an inch passed my were my bra strap snapped….. You can try a bun but when you’re out in the fields, you aren’t gonna wanna wear a bun believe me.
