I agree . I have started twisting my girls hair but when I am out and about I see little girls with their hair done so neatly and it makes me feel as though I should be doing their hair in more elaborate styles but my girls will not let me put no tight stuff in their heads if I do it won’t make it pass two days .. They will pull at that mess. It makes me mad when people make me feel as though my girls should have styles like this in order to be pretty .. Hell no edges be all gone ..

Leave your hair alone folks.. drink lots of water , take your vitamins daily , don’t do too much to your hair, don’t pull on it so much, let it be/ breath, eat healthy, condition it and watch it grow like crazy (assuming you don’t have any health issues that would affect the hair)

I bn braiding hair since I was 14. I’ve never rocked anything but microbraids. N my daughter has rocked braids since 1 year old she 5. I’m going to use this style tomorrow its gon take Alot less than a braid to make our hair fall out. Braids is the one thing that grows our hair as a culture. WEn I take me n my baby’s hair out of braids that’s Wen it starts to fall out.
