This Greek yogurt, green tea, and honey recipe is perfect for any of you ladies looking for an effective DIY protein treatment that won’t break your bank.
You Will Need:
2 Cups of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. of Manuka Honey
1/2 Cup of Green Tea
1 Small bowl
1 Wooden spoon
Dump 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt and 1 tbsp of manuka honey into the small bowl. Mix together until the honey and yogurt are completely mixed into each other.
Then, boil or heat up a cup of water for 2 minutes and then steep the green tea bag for an additional 2 minutes. After the green tea has completely cooled, pour 1/2 of the cup into the yogurt and honey* mixture.
The consistency will be slightly thinner, so cool for a maximum of 5 minutes to chill and thicken the mixture a bit.
Apply the mix to freshly washed and detangled hair. Cover with a shower cap* and let sit for 15 minutes. Thoroughly rinse your hair with warm water, dry, and then style as usual.
