6 Naturals That You Should Be Following On Instagram

000Ladies, I know most of you have Instagram, and if you don’t this might just be the post that will get you motivated to get one. I have a love affair with Instagram, its the one thing I check all day long even more than FaceBook. Not only can I see what my favorite Celebs are doing I can also stay caught up with my fave naturalistas on social media.

I am sure we all have our own hair crushes throughout the natural hair community! They inspire our hair styles, keep us updated on the latest in natural hair care, and we are just simply enamored by their tresses! The thing is, our tastes might vary so who I have on my Instagram feed might not be the same that you have on yours.

With that said I compiled a list of my favorite natural hair beauties that I believe you should be following, and I even give you a little blurb on why. Feel free to add to the list because I am sure there are some gems out there that I probably should be following myself.

Another thing, if you find yourself choosing your favorite based on hair texture or length, I encourage you to keep things diverse, you just never know how another person can inspire you or even what you might have in common, so with that said here are my top six Naturalitas you should be following on Instagram:

1. Samirah Gilly – Samirah [pictured above] offers great tutorials that can be done on any hair type, length, or texture. She also vlogs and also features naturals on the Instagram page, @PowerPuffCurlz (just use the hashtag #PowerPuffCurlz when posting a picture to be featured).

I just had to subscribe to her channel after seeing the tutorial for The Perfect NO HEAT Spiral Bantu Knot Out on Natural Hair. Samirah also does behind the scene vlogging, including the results of her recent color change from blonde to red.
