3. An old T-shirt or a Towel Cloth/Wrap
Towel wraps and T-shirts are great when trying to get rid of excess water while not encouraging frizz. The process involves just lightly patting and sqeezing the water out of your hair. Hot Tip# Ever heard of plopping? Bend over a flat surface lay t-shirt down flat on a flat surface, position curls to sit on top of your head fold t-shirt over start rolling and twisting until it feels tight enough tie the twisted pieces together! That’s it!
Cloth recommendation – Curls Like Us Curl Cloths
That Denman brush can be hard on tightly curled hair. It takes out a lot.
I saw on Naptural85 on youtube that she took out every other row because of that same problem. I tried it and it doesn’t yank my hair as often. Especially since I use it with my conditioner.
No matter what hair ties snag my hair. I just work with it, but I’m always getting snagged.
