Avocado and Coconut Oil* Hair Strengthener
Main Moisturizing Ingredient: Avocado is not only delicious, but it’s also very moisturizing. Because it’s rich in essential fatty acids, it has the ability to lubricate dry hair.
The vitamin E* which is in the fruit, helps to repair dry and brittle hair. When coupled with coconut* oil, your hair has no choice but to bow down to the moisturizing and de-frizzing properties in this conditioner.
Recipe:
– 1 Tablespoon of Coconut* Oil
– 1 Whole Avocado
Directions: Warm coconut oil* and apply the oil to your scalp. As the oil sets, take your avocado and run it through a food processor* until it’s very smooth. If it’s not smooth, the chunks will be hard to rinse out of your hair. Next, apply the avocado to the length of your hair (not scalp) and let it sit for 15 minutes. This conditioner should be rinsed out with cool water. Co-wash after rinsing to make sure there are no Avocado bits left.
