Try This Heatless Roller Set That Can Last Two Weeks

heatless rollersetIts heat season, but even though you are supposed to have Turkey on Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you are gonna die if mommy serves chicken! In other words you can totally avoid using a flat iron and blow dryer this season and still benefit from all the stretched styles everyone else is rocking.

I saw the below video today and if you know me I have a fetish when it comes to watching roller set videos because I am not very good at it and I think the more I watch the more skilled I will automatically get. Wish me good luck with that one!

I know many of you are toying with heatless styles this Winter season because for one they last longer and when it is cold we typically do not feel like wetting our hair as often.

To acheive a perfect heatless set you will need to follow these tips:

Start off with freshly washed hair

The less your hair is weighed down the easier it is for it to drym the lighter the curls are, and the more of a natural bounce you will get.

Deep condition

Deep conditioning leads to moisturized hair that lasts. Choose a really great product that helps your hair to retain moisture as you try to maintain your roller set for 14 days.

Let that baby dry

There is nothing worse than releasing your style before it has time to fully set, if your hair is not dry you will definitly have a fail on your hands.

If you suspect that overnight is not enough time to get your hair dry you might have to break the no heat rule with an overhead dryer.

To perfect the style your can either brush out the curls lightly for a very glam look or let the curls fall on their own with a little finger teasing.
