This natural hair event will be 6 hours of encouragement, inspiration, education and celebration. This Natural Hair event will focus on Hair, Beauty, Health and style with expert panels speaking and demonstrating the care and styling of natural hair, as well as beauty, blogging and fashion.
Our Panel will include Celebrity hairstylist Felicia Leatherwood, Celebrity Host Tanika Ray and Dr. Kari Williams who is also a Trichologist and Founder of the Mahogany Hair Revolution Salon in Beverly Hills.
We will celebrate natural hair with a live DJ, top of the line vendors accompanied by a hair and fashion showcase, with a natural hair competition sponsored by Mixed Chicks*.

This Annual events venue is expanding to accommodate the fast growing natural hair population in Southern, CA. Last year’s event was held at the Ivar Castle in the Hollywood Hills.
This event will be offering amazing gift bags to the first 100 Afronistas to arrive to the Expo with lots of giveaways from our sponsors. This year there will be lots of exhibitors of natural hair care, unique fashion, custom made jewelry, Natural health and beauty products.
A live fall fashion show presented by Afrocentric designer Petro Montegos and Fatima Dodson of the Runway Boutique in Los Angeles. In the near future, Rhonda Ray plans to travel to different cities with the Afrolicious Hair Expo.
