Thank God for HAIR GLUE/LACE FRONT GLUE,etc. But for land’s sake ladies TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR BEFORE IT GETS THIS BAD !
Mo'Nique Brown says
Maybe she had alopecia. Hair loss is not always due to not taking care of your hair.
Erica Shanelle Spicer says
That’s true. But I wasn’t directly talking about HER or anyone who has lost hair in that way or of no fault of their own. And I am sure ppl who lost their hair that way were not offended by my comment. Just like ppl who do not take the best care of their hair, have sense enough to know that they may be the culprit.
I shouldn’t have had to clarify the comment but somehow I knew someone would question it . Lol ????????
Mo'Nique Brown says
Oh no, I’m not offended at all. I’m aware tht u weren’t only talking about her, hence u saying “ladies”. Making an ambiguous statement as such will rise questions, dnt leave room for questioning. I was only stating that there are diff ways females lose hair, so taking care of your hair before hair lose happens is sometimes next to impossible, So……..
Tina Greene says
Mo’Nique you are correct I lost globs of my hair after having a surgery….

How does it stay on in the middle? Not being funny; really am curious.
Riquan Bowman says
The front braid is braided far enough towards the back to connect to the hair in the back…covering the bald spot
Francoise Isaac says
I thought it was a fake braid glued on. I don’t get it. Her scalp looks inflamed a little to me. I just pray whatever her condition is, gets better,
Sheneka Edwards says
Is it glue on ..

Shawntel Singletary says
How can she do that with the damage she already has. What is wrong with people. Y would u put cornrows on a scalp that looks like that. She probably got like this in the first place from braids and weaves. Smh
Pamela Stokes Hairston says
It could also be that she has a medical condition that caused her hair to fall out. It’s not always due to damage from braids and wigs…. Speaking from experienced…… Don’t always jump to conclusions that could be totally off base…
Shawntel Singletary says
Even if it is a medical condition im sure the tension from the braids is not helping anything. People just need to accept that everything isnt for everybody. Its her choice and all tho so……….
Shawntel Singletary says
Yall r crazy for further harming whats already damaged.
Why would you put an extension on a scalp that has medical damage. That makes no sense.
Pamela Stokes Hairston says
Shawntel Singletary no one is saying that the medical issue is the scalp. The medical issue could have resulted in the hair falling out. The medical issue could be breast cancer, chemo and radiation. That has nothing to do with the scalp, but one’s hair does fall out. Please open up your mind and your heart. Wow….
Shawntel Singletary says
I understand what u are saying but anything that affects your scalp adding an extension on to too it can not be helping anything.
Shawntel Singletary says
Obviously the medical issue affected the scalp if it looks like this. I understand the need to be beautiful tho so……..im just saying this style is no good for someone who’s scalp is in that condition. No matter what it came from.
Sheereeneca Cintron says
This is awesome! It takes talent and skills to do this. May God continue to bless the hands that did this. No doubt this made her feel like a million bucks when she left the salon. I know everytime i leave my stylist chair i feel amazing and it gives me an extra boost of confidence when i leave. It boost my self esteem up an extra notch when my hair looks good 🙂 once again great job!
Charlotte Hollis says
It’s good to have compassion n understanding.. I was judgmental of people with wigs n weaves until my hair came out due to medical reasons.. If the style makes her happy that’s all that matters cause there r days I get depressed longing for my hair
Shawntel Singletary says
I wear a wig so there is no compassion lost there. I stopped wearing my hair in extensions like the pic and individual extension and twist because it was breaking my hair off terribly. Im 30 i told myself stop now and began to repair my natural hair. Wigs work because i do not habe to manipulate my hair nearly at all. I refuse to be even 35 and take my extensions down and have no hair or severly damaged hair.
Im not sayingbthats what happened to this lady (extensions) im saying dont tell me anything about having compassion for someone with wigs abd weaves like ive never worn them. We all have a hair story. Dont be mad because im telling the truth. Ut doesn’t matter how her hair got like that (medical or weave) this styly isn’t helping anything. Im sure it maked her feel beautiful. But for those who may not have knowledge of hair the style will just further damage. If your scalp is like this you need to keep it so that you can access your scalp daily to care for it. U cannot do that with this style. Im just saying dont get mad at me for speaking the truth.
Shawntel Singletary says
Crazy thing is alot of woman walking around like this under their headpeice. If my scalp looked like that i would be taking care of it like its a newborn baby.
Brittany Davis says
I felt the same way until i started losing my hair due to lupus. Now, most days I just want to feel and look feminine without worrying if a bald spot is showing. Maybe that’s what she felt on that particular day.

Phia Reigns miracles!
Deneene Brown says
My honest thought is people don’t realize that braids alone are damaging to the hair, braiding too tight and this lady already has hair loss to the extreme. What happened to the real hair care beauticians. Cause they all about that MONEY.
Sandra Gibson says
Don’t know how the pulled off that miracle?
Cindy Mavikela says
the hair is looking nice for now, but the lady is gonna lose more hair am telling you
Leedra Larry says
It not a matter of taking care of scalp. The person could have a medical condition such as alopecia or Lupus which causes the hair to come out. She probably just wanted to look like a woman and not old aging person. More power to her.
