That’s how I tracked my hair growth progress especially at the start of my journey when I never really showed my face. This was before YouTube and social media so now it’s very common but back then, only showing your back was the norm. Times change and I’ve adjusted accordingly.

Trimming the hair is a normal and necessary part of growing hair processed with chemicals. It prevents split ends from splitting all the way to the root.
