2012 In Review – The 50 Best Posts Of The Year!

2012 in review best posts of the yearThere’s something fascinating about looking back at the work youv’e done all year. I guess that’s one of the perks about being a blogger is that you can see in black and white exactly what you wrote that people read and enjoyed. It’s also pretty eye opening.

I am no analytical expert but it seems pretty clear to me that what black women want more than anything is to learn how to do stuff with their hair, that’s judging by the number of ‘How To’ articles in this list.

That also tells me that in spite of the number of self confessed veterans in the online hair community, there are still a great many newbies.

Look through the list to gain some insight into what other people have been reading on BHI this past year. Hopefully you will get a couple of good reads that you may have missed and even possibly find advice on something that’s been missing in your own hair regimen that will take your hair growth journey to another level!

The list below is based purely on the number crunching genius of Google Analytics with no editoral spin from me so let the countdown begin . . . .

About Alma Ruddock

I’m Alma Ruddock, the founder and editor-in-chief of Blackhairinformation.com. I stumbled on a hair care forum back in 2008 frustrated with my breaking relaxed hair and the information that I found there changed the fate of my hair, and quite possibly my life, forever! I immediately started to transition to natural hair and started BlackHairInformation.com as a way to help both myself and other women of color achieve their dreams of long healthy hair. I have now achieved my goal length and I continue to help others achieve their dreams too. My three passions are hair, art and entrepreneurship and I love to be able to bring my unique view on hair growth and successful hair journeys to our readers. I am an eternal optimist and workaholic. In addition to BHI I have founded quite a few other websites and businesses including Elongtress Hair Vitamins and Urban Gyal which all fall under the umbrella of my company Coils Media Ltd.
