The All-Natural “Creamy and Sweet” Mixture
This particular mix is packed with vitamin c* and will help repair your hair after damage or hair loss, as well as condition your hair and give it a nice shine.
►The first thing you must do is prepare your coconut product. If you are using coconut milk, you must refrigerate the can for 18-24 hours before spooning out the creamy part.
Make sure the milk is full fat and guar gum free so that the coconut milk will solidify and separate from the coconut water. If you are using coconut oil*, simply use a whisk or electric hand mixer to whip the partially-solid coconut oil* into a cream. For creamed coconut, simply dump 1 cup of the cream into a bowl.
►Take the 1 small lime, cut it in half, and squeeze it into the creamed coconut. Personally, I like to roll the lime on the counter until it is soft and then cut it open because it allows me to squeeze more juice out of it.
►Squeeze a tablespoon of raw honey* into the mix. Stir everything together until it is whipped and creamy.
►Wash and detangle your hair and then part it into 4 sections. Put a towel around your shoulders to avoid dripping, and then apply the mixture to your hair.
►Let it sit for 30 minutes before you rinse it out with cool water. Style as usual.
