Hair Loss Love Potion
1 Cup Sprouts (alfa-alfa for example)
1 Cabbage Leaves or 2 Brussel Sprouts
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
1 (Medium) Carrot
2 Slices Red Onion
1 Medium Beet & Beet Greens
1/2-1 Clove Garlic
This will not taste great but sometimes we just need to either man up or add a couple of apples to make things sweeter! This juice contains plenty of sulfur* for hair growth, beta carotene for overall scalp health and increased circulation to assist with growth, and thickness of the hair.

I am a HUGE fan of juicing and people forget the amount of money that you spend on supplements could buy easily 2-3 months worth of fruits and veg to juice. I really don’t get it. Its not just good for your hair but juicing is great for your general health.

I had severe acne about 2 years ago, which is about when I decided to stop relaxers..I started juicing daily. Carrots and garlic were always used and then whatever else. My hair grew soo quick and juicing stopped my acne in it’s tracks! I am a juicing fan for life!
