    i have short relaxed hair that is badly damage and im looking to start a good regimen that will help make my hair healthy and grow. Right now i’m using all motions hair products. and i don’t think they are working.

    Hi April, Well I agree, a new regimen is a great way to start. Read this post _ https://blackhairinformation.com/finding_a_regimen/a-healthy-hair-regimen-for-relaxed-hair/ I don’t know alot about motions but rather than focus on product or brand lets focus on ingredients, you need products that provide moisture and protein, get to know what good ingredients are and what bad ingredients are. Products with ingredients that start with water, are your moisture based products and products that have keratin or some form of protein high on the list are your protein based products.     I forgot to add, youtube is great resource for helping you with your healthy hair journey, there are a ton of relaxed hair’d ladies that have long healthy hair that you can look at for tips and encouragement. You can do it!!

    Absolutely right Emily. I love using Youtube when seeking for hair care advice. It clearly shows tips and techniques on how to care for our hair to make it grow healthy and damaged-free.
