Sundance receives a high review from me for the speed of their shipping process...I ordered my hair on a Wednesday and received it on Friday--which made me very excited!! The hair felt great and the price was awesome. However, the hair had an unappealing smell, so I washed it (with Pantene products). The first washing took great and the hair was fine, after 2 weeks however, the hair started becoming extremely tangled on itself. I thought maybe it was time to wash it again. The washing process goes well, but the hair doesn't stay pretty. I hate wearing it now, because it just becomes a tangled bird's nest everytime. I guess you get what you pay for...I will be investing in better hair next time.
